| Photographer B.A. King was born in Canada and received his Bachelors degree in French Literature and International Relations from Hamilton College. He later studied at the Sorbonne. King casts his thoughtful eye and photographic lens on a wide range of subjects and places and produces both black and white photographs and iris prints with rare honesty and grace. His photographs have illustrated books on subjects from poetry to children to Maine. Recent acquisitions at the Boston Public Library, the Cleveland Museum of Art and Dumbarton Oaks add to his impressive resume of museum and private collections.
