The talk entitled "Jews in Photography: Post-WWII Influences," explores how Jewish artists shaped modern photography after WWII, from street photography and photojournalism to deeply personal documentary work. Featuring iconic images by Roman Vishniac, Alfred Eisenstaedt, Robert Frank, Gary Winogrand, Arnold Newman, and more, the talk examines how Jewish identity, outsider perspective, and historical experience fueled visual innovation. Aron also reflects on his own work documenting Jewish communities across the world.
